All sales are made at the buyer’s risk, unless stated in a specific seller’s policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BikeBox Parts shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
• Loss of profits or data;
• Product defects, injury, or damage from use or misuse of items.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
